Joost, as one of  main contributor of Panotools, I please ask you that
if you incorporate support for pano13 in PTgui you do it under the
terms of the GPL version 2 under which pano13 is being licensed. This
means PTgui is not allowed to link directly to the library, only
allowed to execute the Panotools executables via fork/exec. 

Unless, of course, you are willing to place PTgui under the GPL too.
