Bert,

I'm willing to let the past disagreements go and move forward. If you want
to put the site back up, I'll leave it up to you. The only catch is if you
get upset and don't want to work on it any more, it remains the property of
the PanoTools group.

If not, I hope there isn't any hard feeling and what I said about you being
a very talented web designer and photographer still holds true.

And I write to John:

"If I get Upset", does this mean that in situations like "Putting up a
mailing list that is full with easy to read email addresses for
spammers robots" and I don't agree, and you want to force me to agree
with you by putting links on a part of a website where I am
responsible for, without my consent, and I delete it, you will have
the right to restore it, lock me out and continue?

BEEP you.

You were forced to finally make the list really email address free,
after I deleted my part.

This silly poll you started as a part of regaining your reign of
panotools will not be seen by many as the start of a manipulation
process, but it is.

Why don't you start a poll, if the management of the domain and this
list should be democratized, and write out elections?

Past disagreements? You mean the warnings you send me, when you feel questioned?

Yes I want to put the site back up. There is only one catch. Ownership
and management of the domain as well as this mailing list has to be
transferred to a group of people (in whatever form this may be) and
this group needs to be democratic in nature. And this group may decide
wether I am "Upset" or not. Not you.

Now that is a "move forward".

Bert
