PanoTools:
Mercator projection output

Much of my use of Panotools is in 'correcting' architectural
images. It seems the latest update allows for Mercator projection
output. I'm very eager to try it out on some images that didn't fare
so well with other formats. Can someone provide instruction on how to
implement such a thing, if possible?
