It would be a little odd if they DIDN'T already have the source files... but
in that case you could extract the tiles with qt pro and re-stitch without
feather.

Sorry but Pano2QTVR can not ad hotpots to already made movies.
If he does not have the original panorama image he has to dissamble the
movie and start
over again.
I believe there are some scripts to do that somewhere
VRWorx on Windows can do it but it is a little expensive for one tour.
