this explains everything. For the same reason PTPicker
fails to load libpano12.so, since it also needs the jpeg
library.
libpano12.so is not linked to libjpeg.so.6, but to
libjpeg.so which is a link pointing to the current
jpeg library, in my case libjpeg.so.6.0.1. Is this
link pointing to a nonexisting libjpeg.so.6 on your system?
If yes, set the link to the existing libjpeg.
