I have seen some "object movies" of cars that were shot outside. It seems a
level surface will work with the help of a laser measuring and leveling
tool. If you insist on a platform, you may be able to find a large garage
with the kind of hydraulic lift they use to work on the underside of a car.
Those usually can turn in any direction while up. In a garage you would only
need one bluescreen wall, as the car will be turning and not the camera.
