Here is a link to a studio photo shoot (maybe shot in Mexico?) of Petter Solbergs new
Subaru rally car. http://www.dagbladet.no/sport/2007/03/02/493774.html
They use some devices/rollers on the wheels to turn the car around.
Maybe that could do the trick for an object movie as well, instead of a turntable?
