I have just added a link to hugin, the wiki is really a nice thing to use.

However, I have a question about the structure. I wouldn't divide the 
software category by operating system, because some programs, especially 
panotools and hugin exist on different platforms, and there is a command 
line version of PTLens called clens for linux etc.

Its probably better to group by functionality than by platform, to avoid
duplicating a lot of descriptions and to provide a better overview of 
the available software in general.
