PanoTools NG:
question about pano heads
Rayburn Taylor 2007-Sep-13 23:41:49
This is my first post. I am new to pano images. I have enjoyed reading
your posts and view all the great looking panorama images. I have been
seeing a lot about the Nodal Ninja spherical head.
Currently I have a The Panosaurus pano head. I am looking at the Angno
"MrotatorPM8" or the "MrotatorA", but I am unsure which one would be the
best to get. My son-in-law has the MrotatorA and it works great for him.
But just do not know what the difference is between the two; PM8 and A.
I do know that one is straight and the other has a bend in it. :-)
It seems so much easier to use one of the Angno head rather than use the
Nodal Ninja. The Ninja works somewhat like the Panosaurus and is a lot
of trouble to set up; both in time and effort.
Could I get some suggestions from the list as to which one to buy? I am
retired (I do sell used books and create websites), so money is a issue
for me. That is the lack of it. I don't really think the camera has too
much to do with which head I buy. I will be using the FC-E8 fisheye lens.
Thank you,
Rayburn
