Nikon D2X & Nikon (Nikor) 16mm AF Fisheye

Hi List,
Does anyone use a Nikon D2X and the Nikon 16mm fisheye to shot panos? I'm
looking at upgrading my gear and like what I've read so far.
How many shots will I have to take using a 16mm fisheye? I take 3 with my
8mm (Coolpix 995 fisheye)
I have a contract to shoot 85 yachts which I'm anticipating low level light
conditions on the interiors.
I'm also looking for a good head for this setup. Any recommendations?
