I have also played a bit with DVD-Lab. Very powerful, and consequently can
be more difficult to configure than some other DVD authors. I also did see
the pano option.
With a bit of thought, I think this could be done with any spherical
panorama, albeit with a bit more work and probably one of the below
programs.
Using one of the below programs, you could generate a movie of each of the
pans that you require. Then assign each 'movie' to each of the options that
you require in DVD-lab.

>From what I can read of both the below programs, it looks like it will only
output quicktime movies or a sequence of images. You would either have to
convert the quicktime files, or assemble the images into a compatible movie
format.

Photo2Movie
When I was first looking at Photo2Movie, only the Mac version could work
with QTVR files. It looks like the current version of the windows version
may work with QTVR.
This program looks to have more control over panning and zooming direction
and speed than Pano2Movie.

)so I had to shop around. I found a DVD authoring program
)called DVD-Lab Pro (around $250 US) - The closer for me was
)the ability to create panoramic menus. It can use a
)cylindrical pano image as a navigable menu image (pan left and
)right) - you can have links on the image to other images, or
)use it as a DVD front-end.
