You should also look at SAR http://www.general-cathexis.com/
It has some very cutting edge features AND can do extended DOF. It is also a
LOT cheaper and the license does not run out as Helicon's does (if I
remember correctly). 

There is also a way to do this with Pano Tools and therefore the subject is
not OT ;-)
