I wouldn't be so sure about that. For example, Kekus is distributing
the OSX sources for PanoTools, but not for their GUI (PTMac). It's
not in the spirit of the GPL, but I think it respects it. I'm not a
lawyer, but I would think that they would have a good defense in
copyright court.
