PTViewer 1.7 bug fix

PTViewer1.7 is running the scripting commands in a separate
thread to enable multiple commands. This caused some
problems which I didn't catch in the tests. I fixed
some and the examples from my website now work OK
in Netscape/IE/Win/Mac. I posted the bug fix (1.7.1) to

The logic is now that if you call a new 'ptviewer:...'
sequence of commands, while another one is not finished,
the other sequence is stopped and killed. This is required
to make the viewer responsive. It may lead to unexpected
behaviour if you stack commands in hotspots, since a
ptviewer:.. call may interrupt a previous one.
