Hi Masten,

Although an application is not prepared for multi-core processors, the
global performance of the system is increased, and you can see a good
increase in your workflow.

A single core is used to run: The system kernel, antivirus, firewall
and other resident applications, and after all these applications
running at same time, you launch PTGui. This way, any application
never uses 100 % of the processor time.

With a multi-processor system, any mono-processor application can use
100% of one of the core processors.
