This has been repeated ad infinitum, but let's try it one more time...

to unsubscribe from this list.
The most important thing to note is that you MUST send your unsubscribe
message to #removed#, NOT (I repeat NOT) to the regular
list address (which is #removed#). Sending an unsubscribe
message to the regular list address will NOT unsubscribe you (it will just
send your message to everyone on the list, which wastes your time and
everyone else's).
