It works with Flash10 on a Windows2000 SP4; IE6.
But it doesn't carry the idea that the user is to click and drag.
I think " Click and hold mouse button down, drag in any direction to move the
view. " pretty much is the most you can do. If they don't get that,
then either they don't speak English (quite possible) or it's a hopeless
effort.
