You've created huge parallax errors while shooting, you did not hoover
the helicopter above the same spot while shooting.
Consider _DSC4457.JPG and _DSC4481.JPG:
In the first picture the big white roof (stadium?) is to the right of
the highest building in the center (with the semi-circle on the roof)
In the last picture this roof is straight behind the semi-circle
building.
No stiching will be able to correct that.
