I had a look an it. The buildings below are shot from very different 
perspectives (only look at the square house with the round top - it 
has a very different background in each image). These are parallaxe 
errors that are completely uncorrectable. 

Sorry, but you will have to do it again. Next time try to stay 
vertical above one point. If the pilot can not see straight below, 
you will have to direct him and shoot if the point is reached. Try 
for example the vertical edge of a tall building to point directly to 
you. This should keep parallaxe errors lower. And I would shoot more 
than 4 images, just in case...
