I would go with a older ex Vietnam pilot who has seen it all before
and has had much hung out of the door. In fact the doors should not
even be fitted for the ride. I can tell you many stories about Helo
pilots, but they are all normally very good pilots.  Just run through
with him what you would like to do before the flight in detail. Most
Helo's are very noisey  even with a headset. I have personally
rappalled from a Helicopter and you will hang right underneath the
rope! Spinning will not be a problem since the downwash will want to
spin the rig anyway.
