using autopano-win32

I used autopano-win32.exe with much satisfaction to extract CPs to be used with PTGui 3.7.
However when transfering the CPs I noticed that the format was inadequate.
It should be as indicated below to be acceptable by PTGui.
Example:
c n1 N2 x1003.577050 y1504.180760 X26.062344 Y1492.790840 t0
c n1 N2 x1005.006005 y1160.171438 X33.832885 Y1144.819613 t0
etc...
# whilst the match list automatically generated by autopano-win32.exe
looks like this.
c n0 N1 x910,134267 y932,363455 X262,946579 Y811,397740 t0
c n0 N1 x1075,050272 y750,514691 X726,343584 Y303,280025 t0
c n0 N1 x1607,822743 y857,608413 X2205,518664 Y599,743186 t0
...
Two modifications are therefore necessary namely change commas by dots and
modify n0 to n1 and N1 to N2 (uppercase)...for every CP. True it is not a difficult conversion.
Did I miss something or did not I use the proper version. Did someone encounter the same problem.
